Hi, I’m Nick! I am a US Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Counselor residing in Colorado, USA. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and authentic environment where counseling feels accessible, relatable, and where people know they are not alone in life’s challenges.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Texas at Austin. With 23 years of experience in the counseling field, my background includes international school counseling, wilderness therapy with adolescents, crisis counseling, emergency room social work, and psychotherapy with adolescents, families, and couples.

I specialize in working with adolescents facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, issues with anger, children and families in crisis, suicide prevention, adjustment issues, and grief. My counseling style is highly relational and solution-focused. Having counseled people from all over the world, I am committed to providing care that acknowledges and respects the diverse cultural backgrounds of international clients.

When I am not counseling, I enjoy hiking with my dogs, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
